Well, Don't think I'm not looking at the down sides, I know abusive players could take advantage of that and just teleport their parties all over the place.

But I'm sure the Guild Wars team can work something out, There has to be a solution, I thought about something myself, Why not change it so that every time a player teleports out of the party the game displays a message "[Insert Player Name] has teleported and left the party, press [Insert Key here] to teleport with him", Or something like that, So that people who do need that feature could have it, and people who don't want to be teleported can just ignore it.

I would like to hear your opinions.

Honestly...I would rather keep the map the way it is if it means making group-forming easier instead....I have never in my time of playing been able to form a full team of 4 REAL people in the game yet. I just don't have the time to sit for an hour simply looking for a team. :P

Ummm. Party leader warps, first clicking a checkbox to invite party. Invited party members get an indicator, similar to the "Return to Outpost" when you fail a mission. It's a simple message that shows outpost name/district, then some Yes and No buttons. And each party member makes their own decision. Seriously, why must everyone agree? Some people have other things to do, and some don't. So scrap the vote idea and trample it to death. And, of course it doesn't work for people who haven't been to the outpost in question. This is all easy to impliment. Who cares if the current system works? It's bad design...

This has one problem I can see: a team of eight teleporting to a district that only has room for 7 people? Would you get that "full" warning? What about a group of 8 trying to teleport to a district where only groups of 4 or 6 can exist?

Again. Easy to impliment. By clicking the invite party checkbox, you lose the ablility to pick districts. When you warp, the system will randomly pick a district with enough room for your group. It will then lock those slots in the district until someone answers no, they don't want to go, then it will free that slot. And so on. Anyone who doesn't have access to the outpost will automaticaly be dropped from this and will not have a slot saved for them.

When you click on the city on the map you have a choice of districts above the description of the town \ outpost.
